You just don't see this everyday

It's a Sunday evening and Adam and I are eating some ricearoni with fresh veggies in it that I made. Naturally we were thirsty afterwards, so I go to pour a glass of milk for myself and Adam says he wants orange juice. I notice that it's almost gone, so I go ahead and pour the rest of it into a glass for him. As I'm pouring, right in front of my eyes I see something that was definitely NOT liquid go into the cup. I exclaim "Uhhh hun, something chunky just definitely fell into this cup as I was pouring the orange juice...". He comes over with a confused look on his face and says "well, there's an easy way to find out" - he gets out the strainer and pours the orange juice into the strainer in the sink. And right there before our eyes we both see this:

We are both mind boggled and didn't really expect to see something that looked like THAT. Adam says "it looks like a huge pill" and I instantly agree. But we're talking like, abnormally big, bigger than any pill would ever be. You may not be able to tell from the picture, but that's a fact Jack. We both kinda look at each other both awe-strucken and kinda laugh but are just sooo confused. If you know me well at all, you know that I am constantly obsessing over if food, drink, or really anything that goes into my body is okay, good to eat, and won't make me sick. Expiration dates are my best friends and I stick right by them. So of course, I immediately start thinking that the orange juice is infested with some disease and I'm going to have to get my stomach pumped the next day. I think Adam was thinking something sorta similar because he says "I drank a lot of that orange juice...". We sit on the couch and google "huge pill in my orange juice" - something you don't type into google every day. We don't see ANYTHING having to do with what we just witnessed. Then all the sudden, Adam is all "I know what it is!!! I was taking my pills the other day and for a split second I thought 'I think one of them just fell back into the orange juice' ... it must have and because of the acid in the juice it's just expanded!"

What the crap?! Like the title says folks, you just don't see this everyday!

Never a dull moment in our household. I swear. At least I can rest easy tonight and not have dreams about the disease that is now in my stomach that I'll have to get pumped in the morning, where something will probably go fatally wrong and I'll end up on my death bed... and thank goodness for that.
